THE CLOUDS YOGA STUDIO presents
"HOT YOGA" in our new hot yoga studio located in the mind/body loft at The Club on St. Simons Island.
Join our staff of certified yoga instructors- some new faces and some familiar faces-in this lovely and calming space. Come and experience the perspective of movement and flow in a heated room which helps to bring warmth to the muscles and allows a greater range of motion in the all postures.
It's the HOTTEST new practice at THE CLOUDS YOGA STUDIO - Yoga Every Day .... in Every Way
Join us to remove the accumulated stress of daily living!
The Melt Method is a simple, self-treatment that reduces chronic pain and helps you stay healthy, youthful and active for a lifetime. Amba will teach an upper body workshop on Saturday and a lower body workshop on Sunday. Equipment will be available for use and for sale at this workshop.
This December, carve out some down time just for you.
Before the hectic nature of the season draws you in, settle into the powerful regeneration of a Yin Practice. Stop, relax, and just “be.” This is the time of year for deeper peace and connection to oneself, and to those closest to us.
We would like to give a big thank you to all who donated to our 2016 Southeast Georgia Health System Foundation ARTrageous Bra this year. We finished in second place and now our bra will be showcased at the Silent Auction this Friday November 4th at the Ritz Theater in Historic Downtown Brunswick. The top ten bras will be worn by live models and the remaining bras will be featured in the Silent Auction. The event will start at 6pm and usually concludes at 7:30pm.
Please do not forget to help us finish this fight by joining us on Friday night (Nov 4) at the Ritz Theatre. We will host the Live and Silent Auction. The Top Ten bras will be worn by live models and the remaining bras will be featured in the Silent Auction. The event will start at 6 pm and usually concludes at 7:30 pm.
A special thanks to these corporate sponsors:
Come join us as we welcome the fall season with our Tai Chi series!
The ancient Chinese practice of tai chi combines slow, deliberate movements, meditation, and breathing exercises. This practice promotes flexibility, stamina, posture, coordination, balance, strength, and mind/body focus. It is best to attend all classes in this series, as each class will build on the last one.
